Those Who Shaped Us
In loving remembrance of my father, Late Shri Prem Kumar Minocha (beloved son of Sardar Late Shri Satnam Singh Minocha and Smt. Vidya Vanti Minocha), this family tree is created as a humble tribute to his life, values, and vision.
It was his heartfelt wish to see the family united, connected, and remembered across generations. Through this effort, I hope to honour that dream and preserve the bonds he deeply cherished.
Each name written here is not just a record, but a story — of sacrifice, strength, and belonging. Every branch represents growth, and every connection reflects the unity he believed in so deeply.
This tree is not just a record of names, but a reflection of our roots, our journey, and the legacy he has left behind in all of us.
Though he is no longer with us (1941 - 2026), his dream lives on in this tree — reminding us to stay connected, to honor our past, and to carry forward the legacy of togetherness for generations to come.
From Chichawatni to the World
Our story begins in Chichawatni Tehsil, Sahiwal District, Punjab — now in Pakistan — where Sardar Harnam Singh Minocha and Smt. Devki Bai Minocha lovingly raised their eldest son, Sardar Satnam Singh Minocha, among seven children, nurturing the values of unity, resilience, and family tradition that would continue through generations.
Sardar Late Shri Satnam Singh Minocha, a man of courage, resilience, and deep family values, undertook a life-changing journey during the Partition of India in 1947. Leaving behind his homeland, he rebuilt his life in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, alongside his devoted wife Smt. Vidya Vanti Minocha, and their nine children.
At that time, the eldest son, Rajendra Lal Minocha, was 17 years old, while the youngest, daughter Asha, was just 1 year old — yet with determination and unity, the family stood strong and moved forward together.
